About Us – Our Team
Jason joined NCAFC in 2004, and provides support in Marketing, Public Relations and technology. Jason's specialty is in video production, providing us with the highlight of every year's Annual Conference, the "Year in Review" video.
Jason graduated from Appalachain State University with a degree in communication, and also serves on the board of Twin City Kiwanis. Jason's previous experience includes work in sales and higher education.
Jason is married to Rachel.
Sarah Deal - Director of Development
Sarah Deal joined the Association in 2007, and her role is to facilitate our Development project funded by The Duke Endowment and managed by Corporate DevelopMint of Charleston. In addition, Sarah helps the clinics in their development activities, and is responsible for development for the Association, including creating and implementing our new Corporate Investor Program.
Sarah is a graduate of The University of Virginia. She previously was the Director of Development at the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC, and also worked at the March of Dimes.
Sarah is married to Mike, and has two children, Margo and Grey.
Cindy Jones, RCP - Director of Training and Support
Cindy has been with NCAFC since August 2005 and is responsible for assisting member clinics with operational issues such as implementing the Federal Torts Claims Act medical malpractice protection program, our accreditation program, and best practices policies and procedures.
Cindy has clinical experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and is currently licensed with the NC Respiratory Care Board and the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Medicine.
Cindy is married to Lin, a police officer.
